Family

 

Our educators and administrators don't replace a student's family. They can give kids everything they need to successfully learn, but students still need their family to be engaged throughout their years in school.

Finance

 

It is not fiscally responsible to simply rubber-stamp a budget without being able to see it firsthand. Nor is it responsible to micromanage all spending. There needs to be a balance between the two, and the school board is responsible for this oversight.

Faculty

 

Turnover is a plague for everyone.  It is imperative that we do everything possible to retain all qualified staff and attract more veteran educators.  Replacing teachers with 7+ years of experience with those fresh out of college doesn't help anyone.

Why am I running - again?

 

I am running for reelection to stand up for accountability and transparency from both the administration and the school board itself - something that has been lacking for the past several years.

 

Many parents of children that have been affected by past incidents have requested that I run again, and urged me to continue to advocate for their safety, as well as that of all students and staff.

 

If reelected, I will continue to challenge the status quo of NEPOTISM and FAVORITISM by the other board members that led to the problems of lawsuits and lack of transparency.

 

My focus now will be on REBUILDING TRUST in our district with some NEW, PRINCIPLED LEADERSHIP.
